Job summary

The Kong Company seeks a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital presence across paid, owned content, email, SMS, and social channels.

You will oversee a small team and collaborate with brand leadership to drive performance, leveraging data to guide strategy. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with retail and DTC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required.
• 4–6 years of progressive digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management/leadership role.
• Experience managing paid social and digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other major platforms.
• CPG, pet industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and social channels.
• Oversee email marketing program, including automation flows and segmentation.
• Lead SMS and direct mail initiatives; optimize lifecycle strategies for acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Align with partners and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints.
• Own digital marketing reporting with KPIs tied to revenue and CAC.
