Job summary

Better Collective is seeking a Growth Specialist – Mobile App to drive end-to-end growth for the Action Network mobile app. You will partner with Product, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics, and Engineering teams to acquire, activate, engage, and retain a high-quality user base.

You will own growth experiments, optimize onboarding journeys, and monitor DAU/MAU and retention metrics using AppsFlyer, Tableau, and related tools. A data-driven mindset and comfort with AI-assisted insights are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving mobile app growth across all stages of the user journey.
• Hands-on experience with ASO and paid media channels.
• Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Apple Search Ads, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable priorities, including comfort using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day app growth roadmap to increase installs, activations, engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
• Partner with Paid Media and Product teams to optimize acquisition channels and onboarding journeys.
• Develop and execute growth experiments across key conversion points and onboarding flows.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics using attribution and reporting tools.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance growth research, analysis, experiments, and reporting.
