Job summary

FP Markets in the United States is seeking a Full-time Mobile App Growth Manager to own our app growth end to end. You will plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns, driving installs, registrations, and first-time deposits while managing regional budgets and pacing.

You will work with the Channel, Creative, Product and CRM teams to improve ASO, cohorts, and post-install engagement, using AppsFlyer/Adjust or similar MMPs, and ensure compliance with industry policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in mobile app user acquisition.
• Experience with multi-channel paid budgets (USD 250k+ per month).
• Proven ASO results on App Store and Google Play.
• Deep knowledge of MMPs and post-ATT measurement.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise app install campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta, TikTok and programmatic DSPs.
• Own the app UA budget and pacing by region, adjust spend based on CPA/ROAS.
• Brief and test creatives and run a structured testing roadmap.
• Onboard and manage app networks and agencies with strict fraud controls.
• Own App Store and Google Play optimisation and store experiments; drive ratings.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows.
