Job summary

ShopMy, NYC-based with a remote-first culture, seeks a Shopper Growth Leader to own growth across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat purchases. You will lead the growth and lifecycle team from day one, partnering with product and editorial to scale a consumer app.

With 8+ years in growth or consumer marketing and a track record of driving app downloads, engagement, and retention, you’ll manage budgets and demonstrate analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or consumer marketing, including leading growth for a consumer app.
• Experience acquiring users and driving engagement with app measurement and attribution.
• Strong budget ownership and analytics to optimize the shopper funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth strategy from awareness to repeat purchases and set north-star metrics.
• Build scalable user acquisition across paid, organic, referrals, and partnerships.
• Design lifecycle systems to onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back.
• Establish measurement foundations and inform resourcing with data-driven insights.
• Partner with editorial to translate product narrative into growth and scale organic content.
• Collaborate with product and founders on shopper roadmap and retention strategies.
• Lead and develop a two-person growth team from day one.
• Translate performance data into clear narratives for leadership.
