Job summary

Panasonic Well LLC is seeking a data‑driven Mobile Growth Marketing leader to own and scale user acquisition across paid and organic channels. You’ll drive performance marketing campaigns, optimize App Store presence, and lead growth strategies including ASO and content experimentation for 0‑1 mobile apps.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to run A/B tests that improve activation rates, retention, and conversion funnels, while building dashboards to report performance to leadership

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably mobile.
• Proven track record of scaling mobile app growth across paid and organic channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile app growth strategy across UA, onboarding, retention and re-engagement.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across mobile channels.
• Manage ASO to boost app visibility and conversion.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on tests to improve activation and funnels.
• Identify new growth channels and test strategies to unlock incremental growth.
