Job summary

MotherDuck is seeking a growth and performance marketer who goes after 10x results, not 10%. You’ll own the creative and demand-gen side of growth, with strategic support and full ownership of execution across landing pages, campaigns, and nurture programs.

You’ll land pages and campaigns across paid, organic, social, webinars, events, and lifecycle marketing while shaping strategy with your manager. This role suits someone data-driven and outcomes-oriented.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, channel marketing, demand gen, or scrappy generalist growth roles.
• Creative and detail-oriented; you come up with ideas and ensure UTM accuracy.
• Real growth instincts; you think in funnels and conversion, not just impressions.
• Resume with quantitative results: signups, conversions, pipeline, cost per lead.
• Hands-on with marketing tools: HubSpot, landing page builders, and AI tools.
• Experience at a high-growth data/AI company is preferred but not required.
• Great writing and credibility with developer and data audiences.
• Bias toward shipping and getting things done.
• Experience with AEO and leveraging AI/chat platforms.
• Hands-on paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Experience building segments in Clay (or similar) to feed ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from idea to results: audience, message, channel, landing page, conversion.
• Manage both self-serve signups and accounts that become sales pipeline.
• Build demand-gen assets: landing pages, ad creative, emails, webinar promos, and more.
• Own social strategy end-to-end, including managing our social agency.
• Own email nurture content and design with strategic input from leadership.
• Scale successful campaigns and hand off to marketing ops to productionize.
