Job summary

MotherDuck is seeking a Growth Marketer to own the lifecycle marketing engine, build audiences, and ship growth experiments. You’ll design and test lifecycle programs, enrich data, and push our customer journeys 10x further with automation and data-driven insights.

You will work closely with the Growth lead, be proactive in spotting enrichment opportunities, and craft workflows that save time and scale our pipeline as we expand in a fast-growing technical audience.

Qualifications

• Must have lifecycle marketing experience with numbers attached and be comfortable analyzing data.
• Experience building growth engines using audience segments, nurture programs and campaigns.
• Ability to own end-to-end lifecycle programs from signup to expansion, with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing programs from signup, activation, re-engagement and expansion.
• Design, test and optimize growth programs using data to improve activation and revenue.
• Configure and manage growth workflows and audiences across channels (email, webinars, ads).
