MotherDuck is seeking a growth marketer to own lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and the data and automation powering our growth engine. You’ll build segments, run experiments, and push lifecycle programs 10x further with data-driven decisions.

You’ll design programs across signup, activation, re-engagement, and expansion, and partner with performance marketing to feed better audiences to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email. Bring your technical chops and growth mindset.

• Experience building growth programs across signup, activation, re-engagement and expansion.
• Ability to design and test lifecycle campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Expertise in audience segmentation and tailoring messages to segments.
• Proven track record of improving activation, pipeline or revenue through tests.
