Job summary

MotherDuck in San Francisco is seeking a growth marketer with a hacker brain to own lifecycle marketing, growth engines, and the data and automation behind them.

You’ll design lifecycle programs across signup, activation, re-engagement and expansion, build audiences, and ship growth agents that let a small team move like a bigger one.

Use SQL to analyze results and partner with performance marketing to feed better audiences to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and email.

• Ability to test and iterate with real data.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing as the backbone of growth, including audiences and campaigns.
• Design lifecycle programs across signup, activation, re-engagement and expansion; test relentlessly.
• Build growth agents and automated workflows to scale a small team.
• Feed better audiences to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and email in partnership with performance marketing.
• Configure webinars/forms and manage ops: registrations, segmentation, follow-ups, handoffs to sales.
