MotherDuck is hiring a growth marketer with a hacker brain to own lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, and the data and automation powering our growth engine. You’ll build segments, nurture campaigns, and growth agents to drive activation and expansion.

You’ll design experiments, enrich signals, and push our lifecycle programs 10x further than today, partnering with performance marketing to optimize email, webinars, and inbound pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building lifecycle programs across signup, activation, engagement and expansion.
• Ability to design and run data-driven experiments and tests.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills to inform marketing decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own lifecycle marketing systems, segments, lists and audiences for campaigns and nurture streams.
• Lead growth agents, automate workflows, and enrich signals to improve activation and revenue.
• Set up marketing operations for events, webinars, and product-led growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to optimize audience delivery across channels.
