24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Director of Marketplace E-Commerce to lead and accelerate growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital marketplaces. This executive role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, requiring a strong blend of strategic vision and hands-on marketplace expertise to scale toward $50M+ in annual revenue.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading and scaling Amazon marketplace businesses.
2+ years of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and social commerce strategies.
Demonstrated success driving significant marketplace revenue growth, ideally scaling businesses to $50M+ annually.
Proven experience owning marketplace P&L performance, revenue forecasting, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Own and drive marketplace P&L performance across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Lead initiatives to scale the marketplace toward $50M+ in annual revenue.
Identify opportunities, revenue streams, and growth initiatives.
Establish performance targets and KPIs to measure marketplace success.
