Job summary

Echelon USA Inc is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to lead and scale our DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future digital channels. You will own the E-Commerce P&L, budget, and growth strategy, partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Operations while driving revenue, profitability, and customer economics.

This is a leadership role focusing on channel strategy, site experience, launches, and lifecycle optimization, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

6+ years of DTC E-Commerce experience with ownership of revenue targets, budgets or P&L.
Strong financial and analytical skills with forecasting revenue and managing channel profitability.
Deep Shopify/DTC experience across merchandising, conversion, customer experience, and E-Commerce tech.
Experience across customer acquisition, retention, subscription, CRM, and lifecycle economics.
Working knowledge of Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging marketplace channels.
Proven ability to lead teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Define and own E-Commerce P&L, budget, forecast, and growth plan across digital channels.
Drive revenue, gross margin and performance against plan with data-driven recommendations.
Own ecommerce site (drinkechelon.com) revenue, conversion, AOV, and lifecycle strategy.
Lead product launches, bundles, and post-launch optimization for DTC growth.
Oversee Amazon, TikTok Shop and future marketplaces, manage partners and in-house transition decisions.
