Job summary

Director-level role overseeing Amazon and marketplace growth, responsible for GMV, net revenue, and profitability. You will lead a high-performing team, develop scalable operating systems, and partner with Product, Finance, Brand, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive sustainable growth.

Candidates should bring 8+ years in e-commerce, strong Amazon expertise, and a proven track record of lifting marketplace margins and ROI. Health/wellness or related consumer categories are a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years in e-commerce or digital consumer products.
3+ years in senior people leadership.
5+ years hands-on Amazon marketplace experience with Seller/Vendor Central and ads.

Responsibilities

Own marketplace growth levers and execution across Amazon and other key marketplaces.
Translate data into executive-level reporting and drive profitability metrics.
Lead and scale marketplace teams, establish KPI frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally.
