Darkroom, a growth-marketing leader, seeks an Account Executive, Commerce Growth, to own new-business revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retention/digital products. You will close deals, build a durable partner network, and drive expansion within client portfolios.

This role emphasizes a marketplace-led approach, events, and proactive pipeline management. You will own the commercial process from scoping to close, coordinate with MDs, and push multi-service opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a full-cycle Account Executive or equivalent sales role with a proven closing track record.
• Commerce credibility with Amazon or ecommerce platforms and retention/lifecycle understanding.
• Closer DNA with a quota history and self-sourced pipeline.
• Ability to see the whole commerce operation and tailor deals across services.
• Fluent English and polished communication for founders, CMOs, and growth brands.

Aufgaben

• Source and close new business with a marketplace-first approach (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
• Own quarterly new-business quota and manage a durable partner ecosystem for referrals.
• Represent Darkroom at industry events and build local/in-market relationships.
• Lead the commercial process: scoping, pricing, proposal, and close.
• Own upsell and cross-sell motion with MDs and senior leaders; drive expansion in accounts.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and onboarding participation for new clients.
