Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Director / Sr. Director of Amazon & Marketplace Growth to own our marketplace strategy, P&L, and team. You will scale operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace and Shopify, building hero SKUs and driving profitability.

Lead a senior marketplace organization with cross-functional partners in Product, Finance, Brand, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in e-commerce or digital commerce for consumer products.
• 5+ years hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.
• Proven GMV growth and profitability ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace strategy and P&L for the business.
• Lead an Amazon team and cross-functional partnerships to drive growth.
• Develop hero SKU strategies and lifecycle plans across channels.
