Job summary

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a VP of Growth to lead and scale a direct-to-consumer growth engine for a portfolio of nutrition and supplement brands, driving demand across major ecommerce and retail channels, including Meta and Google.

You will own the strategy and scaling of DTC growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value, leading end-to-end performance marketing, with budget allocation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a direct-to-consumer growth engine for a portfolio of nutrition and supplement brands across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Own full-funnel performance marketing for Meta and Google, including creative testing, budget allocation, and measurement.
• Build CRM, retention, and first-party data capabilities to drive repeat purchases and lifecycle marketing.
