Job summary

Inno Supps is seeking a high-impact Chief Executive Officer to steer the company’s next growth phase across retail, ecommerce, and international expansion. You will own strategic direction, operations, and profitability while scaling a fast-growing DTC brand in natural supplements.

You will work with an experienced executive team to drive data-driven decisions, innovation, and global brand leadership, actively shaping the business and empowering leaders to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO/COO or in a senior leadership role in a high-growth ecommerce DTC company doing over $100M+ profitably.
• Strong experience managing and scaling global operations, including logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment systems.
• Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies across international markets, including digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand development.
• Demonstrated success in driving financial growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technology, and consumer behavior.
• A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and overall direction in alignment with business goals.
• Provide clear leadership to all departments and drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee international market expansion and brand governance.
• Lead operations, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Manage the company’s financial performance and cost control to sustain profitability.
• Develop and mentor the senior management team and foster cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate on product development and marketing to meet consumer needs and market trends.
• Guide global marketing, branding and paid media strategies across diverse markets.
