Job summary

Dimond Connect seeks a Head of Performance Marketing to own growth for a Health & Personal Care DTC brand. You will scale paid channels and build the acquisition engine with autonomy and leadership access.

Lead channel strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more while managing budget, CAC, and ROAS targets. Build funnels, offers, and a high-performing creative team, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with 3+ years leading paid growth for a DTC or e-commerce brand at scale.
• Personally managed $1M+ per month in paid spend profitably.
• Deep expertise in Meta, with real experience across Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Strong creative instincts: know why an ad works, not just that it works.
• Built funnels, offers, and bundles that scaled, not just optimized campaigns.
• Proven experience building and managing creative and media buying teams.
• Fluent in attribution, incrementality, and e-commerce unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and execution across paid acquisition.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and P&L with CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets.
• Drive aggressive, structured creative testing and new formats weekly.
• Build and optimize DTC funnels end-to-end: landing pages, bundles, upsells, CRO.
• Own the full journey from ad click to purchase; develop growth strategy with CEO.
• Lead and grow a team of copywriters, video editors, and media buyers.
