You bring 4–5 years mixing consulting/investment banking with startups, show extreme ownership, and can translate insights into scalable outcomes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in management consulting/investment banking plus high-growth startup work.
• Extreme ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
• First-principles thinker, able to cut through ambiguity.
• Highly analytical, data-driven with CAC and performance insight.
• Creative, culturally fluent, and fluent with social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take new channels from zero to one: strategy, media buy, creator briefs.
• Lead high‑leverage marketing projects and unlock growth bets.
• Define success metrics, targets, tracking, and incrementality tests.
• Run a fast testing engine, iterate, and scale what works.
• Write and evolve the playbook as projects mature.
