Job summary

Cohypes is seeking a Director of Growth to own global customer acquisition, retention, and unit economics across our health, beauty, and wellness DTC brands. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Lithuania office, demanding fast, data-driven decisions and relentless scaling.

You will lead a high-velocity performance marketing engine across Meta, Google, affiliates, and partnerships, while optimizing funnel velocity, email/SMS programs, and retention to hit profitable CAC and LTV

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth leadership in high-velocity DTC or performance-driven environments.
• Strong mastery of paid media and direct acquisition channels.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer acquisition and retention across all brands.
• Oversee Meta, Google, TikTok, Native and other channels with rapid reallocation.
• Build and manage a high-volume affiliate and partnerships ecosystem.
• Lead rapid creative testing, funnel velocity, and landing page optimization.
• Maximize LTV/CAC through email/SMS automation and churn strategies.
• Recruit, mentor and KPIs for elite media buyers and retention pros.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on commercial targets and pricing.
• Own attribution, data architecture, and cross-channel cohort analysis.
