Beli is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to own external growth channels end to end and drive new user acquisition. You will work directly with leadership to develop creative strategies, execute campaigns, and measure impact using cross-channel analytics.

Responsibilities include building creator partnerships, innovating organic acquisition, and testing new channels while maintaining a bias toward action and hands-on collaboration with a small team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing for a consumer app or brand.
• Proven track record driving growth through organic channels, creators, partnerships, or campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own external growth channels end to end for Beli.
• Build scalable creator and partnership programs.
• Develop and execute growth campaigns to drive downloads and awareness.
• Test new channels, messaging, and distribution strategies; measure and scale successful ones.
• Analyze acquisition performance across channels including attribution and cost efficiency.
