Melotech, a fast-growing media tech company, seeks an Organic Growth Lead in a remote-friendly role. You will own the growth engine, building creator networks, running experiments, and turning winning campaigns into scalable playbooks.

You’ll work directly with the founders, Growth Manager, product and data teams to drive reach and cost efficiency. You’ll move quickly across launches, trend spotting, and new channels, with equity aligned to performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on organic growth/operator with proven viral campaigns.
• Experience with creator marketing at scale.
• Strong platform fluency on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth engine end-to-end, from creators to playbooks.
• Identify and brief creators at scale across communities.
• Plan launches and timing to reach relevant audiences.
• Spot trends early and move fast to capitalize.
• Run rapid experiments with clear kill rules and convert winners into repeatable playbooks.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager, product and data teams to scale paid vs organic.
• Build trackers and automation with data and AI tools.
