Beli App is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own end-to-end growth initiatives for a consumer mobile app. You will analyze data, design tests, and ship improvements with engineers and designers, directly with senior leadership including the CEO and CTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth product management experience in a consumer mobile app or equivalent growth/data-focused background.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition, activation, or retention with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of referral loops, network effects, and lifecycle growth.
• Analytical skills; comfortable with AI tools and large datasets.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Excellent judgment, resourcefulness, and bias toward action; you move quickly and know when to experiment.
• Willingness to be hands-on, build and ship things, and collaborate with a small team.
