Job summary

Garage is hiring a growth marketer to own and scale organic growth across social, partnerships, and content in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the Head of Marketing to build organic flywheels, drive acquisition, and convert customers into advocates.

You will develop scalable growth systems, experiment with new channels, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering to maximize impact in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years in high-growth organic/growth marketing.
• Proven ability to build and scale organic growth programs hands-on.
• Experience in organic/social growth and content strategy.
• Ability to develop repeatable systems, test, and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an early, ambiguous environment.
• Strong judgment, high integrity, and a bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale our organic and earned channels across social, press, and content.
• Develop partnerships with creators, industry associations, and platforms.
• Create referral, affiliate, and advocacy programs to drive growth.
• Drive SEO and AI answer engine (AEO) presence to capture prospective buyers and models.
• Experiment with new channels and build repeatable systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering to drive amplifying growth.
