Job summary

Ploy, the growth marketing platform, seeks a founding Growth Marketer to own acquisition and optimization across paid search, social, and SEO. You will build workflows, connect tools and data, and collaborate with engineering, product, and design to scale marketing initiatives.

You’ll lead campaigns, run experiments, and drive self-serve signups and sales-ready pipeline, shaping product workflows and growth strategies.

Qualifications

3+ years in growth marketing or demand generation, ideally at a startup.
Proven track record of measurable growth and improved metrics.
Experience with at least one digital acquisition channel with hands-on ownership.
Experience building marketing automations and AI workflows.
Strong analytical skills for tracking and funnel analysis.
Sharp judgment on messaging and creative, with ability to give actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition across paid search, paid social, and SEO/AEO; manage budgets and grow qualified traffic, signups, and demo requests.
Run conversion experiments across ad creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Build targeted email campaigns to onboard new users, convert free users, and re-engage.
Track channel performance through activation, paid conversion, and sales pipeline; adjust spend.
Partner with engineering, product, and design on new capabilities; test in live campaigns and provide feedback.
