Ploy is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to own and scale our digital acquisition channels from SF. You’ll build creative workflows, connect tools and data, and push product capabilities through real campaigns and experiments.

You’ll work closely with the founder and go-to-market team to drive awareness, signups, and pipeline, shaping new features and optimizing workflows for customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience at startups or growth-stage teams.
• Track record of measurable growth in signups, pipeline, or ROAS.
• Deep experience with at least one digital acquisition channel.
• Hands-on experience building AI/workflow automations.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition across paid search, paid social, and SEO/AEO; set goals and budgets to grow traffic and signups.
• Run conversion experiments across ads, audiences, offers, and landing pages; test and iterate.
• Build targeted email campaigns to onboard, convert, and re-engage users.
• Track channel performance through activation, paid conversion, and sales pipeline; optimize spend.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to test new capabilities and gather feedback.
