Job summary

Yamibuy seeks a growth-focused strategist to lead social, content and creator-driven initiatives in the US market. You will own new customer volume, creator partnerships, and the measurement framework that ties content to on-site conversion.

You'll translate trends into actionable programs, enable Instagram Shopping, and coordinate with merchandising, site ops and CRM to drive measurable revenue. This role includes real budget and a cross-functional team in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social, content or creator-led growth.
• Proven track record building organic social or creator programs.
• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience: creator commissions and partnerships.
• Comfort building measurement where none exists: attribution and cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Own new customer volume and key metrics across EN, JP and KR sites.
• Build the measurement foundation — UTM governance and attribution.
• Turn on Instagram Shopping and product tagging for path to purchase.
• Establish a content calendar blending evergreen plays and trends.
