Job summary

ABB Drives is seeking a senior business development leader in the United States to accelerate market adoption of Low Voltage Drives, PLC, and HMI solutions in Mining and Aggregates. You will coordinate with Channel Sales, Channel Programs and the OEM Team to define go-to-market approaches and sub-segment strategies, while delivering compelling value propositions to end users and partners.

Based in New Berlin, WI, this role may be remote and involves up to 70% travel across the United States,

Qualifications

• Experience driving business development in B2B technology for manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Ability to build and articulate value propositions for end users and channel partners.
• Strong understanding of channel programs, OEM partnerships, and market segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand and product acceptance for ABB Low Voltage Drives, PLC, and HMI in end-user Mining and Aggregates facilities.
• Coordinate with Channel Sales, Channel Programs and OEM Team to support industry programs and partnerships.
• Define sub-segment strategy and go-to-market approaches to achieve Mining and Aggregates goals.
• Communicate ABB positioning and value through AVL/Frame agreements to win customer business.
• Travel across the United States up to 70% to engage with customers and partners.
