ABB drives division seeks a senior business development leader to accelerate growth in the Mining and Aggregates sector across the US. You will coordinate with Channel Sales, Channel Programs and OEM teams to drive strategic engagement and go-to-market execution for ABB Drives products, PLCs, and HMI solutions.

The role focuses on capturing AVL/Frame agreement opportunities, articulating compelling value propositions, and guiding sub-segment strategy with a 70% travel requirement and potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in capital assist sales in Mining and Aggregates.
• Experience in mining equipment applications and end-user facilities.
• Strong communication and ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate brand and product acceptance for ABB Low Voltage Drives, PLC, and HMI in Mining and Aggregates.
• Coordinate with Channel Sales, Channel Program and OEM teams on mining industry programs.
• Document stakeholders, buying behaviors and corporate initiatives to tailor value propositions.
• Communicate product positioning to achieve ABB placement in AVL and FA agreements.
• Leverage industry trends to deliver compelling value propositions and drive growth.
• Lead sub-segment strategy and define go-to-market approaches for Mining and Aggregates.
