• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number end-to-end from strategy to measurement.
• Design and execute ABM target-account programs in partnership with sales.
• Select, implement, and operate the marketing technology stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo).
• Build and manage email nurture and marketing automation programs.
• Manage paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google SEM) and optimize CAC.
• Own marketing reporting and multi-touch attribution with weekly/monthly leadership updates.
