Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive in the United States (Lenexa, KS) to drive new business with uncapped commissions and full cycle ownership from prospecting to closing. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and present tailored solutions while maintaining CRM data and a winning negotiating approach.

A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred and 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with hunter mindset.
• Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
• Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach, lead generation, and networking.
• Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month.
• Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals.
• Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency.
• Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned to support growth and results.
