Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a hunter mindset
• Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving with meticulous follow-up
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CRM and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach and networking
• Grow a base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month
• Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals
• Keep CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
