City Wide Facility Solutions in Northwest Ohio is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our presence with a hunter mentality. You will drive new business through prospecting, networking, and closing deals, while earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Hunter mentality with a drive to close new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients
• Present customized facility maintenance solutions and proposals
• Negotiate agreements and close new business
• Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets
