SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager for Starlink Growth to define and execute GTM strategy across North America channels, including starlink.com, ensuring speed, scale, and balanced growth.

The role requires strong program management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and direct channel initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business operations, GTM strategy, and financial analysis, with a track record of scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in business operations, strategy, GTM, or related fields.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer channels and e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive GTM strategy for North America across third-party channels and starlink.com, aligning prioritization and growth objectives.
• Own day-to-day channel growth for starlink.com in North America, with performance tracking and optimization.
• Provide strategic insight to minimize cannibalization and balance growth between channels.
• Assist pricing strategy and promotions with finance, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Operationalize and drive execution of BD and GTM initiatives with cross-functional coordination.
• Create data visualizations and present indicators with recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct market research and build hypotheses for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Report progress of strategy, operations, and GTM initiatives to Starlink leadership.
