Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Starlink Growth to own the operational backbone of North American Business Development. You will drive program management, deal pipeline, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline to move initiatives with speed and scale.

The role requires deep experience in business operations, strong financial analysis, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related roles involving complex cross-functional initiatives.
3+ years of experience driving execution of revenue or growth-oriented programs, including tracking, reporting, and operationalizing commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own operationalization of existing and upcoming business development initiatives, driving program management and deal pipeline tracking.
Build and maintain deal constructs, tracking systems, reporting cadences, metrics, and leadership visibility.
Partner with BD leads, product, marketing, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure ownership, timely execution, and clean handoffs from opportunity to launch.
Collect and surface customer, channel, and internal feedback to improve operational excellence and deal tracking.
