SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager (Starlink Growth) to own the GTM strategy for North America across Starlink.com and third‑party channels.

You will drive day‑to‑day growth, track performance, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to optimize speed, scale, and balanced growth. The role requires strong program management, business operations, and financial analysis with a focus on pricing, promotions, and data‑driven decisions at leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in business operations, program management, strategy, GTM and ecommerce or related roles.
• 4+ years driving execution of revenue or growth-oriented programs with tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive GTM strategy for North America across third‑party channels and Starlink.com.
• Own day‑to‑day channel growth for Starlink.com in North America with performance tracking and optimization.
• Provide strategic insight to minimize cannibalization and maximize balanced growth between channels.
• Assist with pricing strategy and promotions with finance, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Operationalize existing and upcoming BD and GTM initiatives with project tracking and cross‑functional coordination.
• Create data visualizations and present insights to leadership with recommendations.
• Lead new market research and forecasts to inform prioritization and resource allocation.
• Report on progress of strategy and GTM initiatives to Starlink leadership.
