Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related roles involving complex cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience driving execution of revenue or growth-oriented programs, including tracking, reporting, and operationalizing commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization of existing and upcoming business development initiatives, driving program management, deal pipeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline.
• Build and maintain the inner workings of deal constructs and third-party integrations: tracking systems, reporting cadences, financial and operational metrics, accountability frameworks.
