Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, or related roles.
• 3+ years driving revenue or growth-focused programs with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own operationalization of existing and upcoming BD initiatives, driving program management and deal pipeline tracking.
• Build and maintain deal constructs, tracking systems, reporting cadences, and metrics for leadership.
• Partner with BD vertical leads, product, marketing, engineering, finance and legal to ensure clear ownership and timely execution.
• Collect and surface customer and internal feedback to improve deal tracking and operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and assessments to inform prioritization and resource allocation.
• Report progress to Starlink leadership with insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Support outreach, intake, and qualification of strategic opportunities with clear recommendations.
• Improve team processes, tools, and rhythms to increase throughput and accountability.
• Perform ongoing market and competitive analysis relevant to Starlink ecosystem.
