SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to lead North America GTM across Starlink channels, including Starlink.com and partners. You will drive operational growth, pricing, and cross-functional execution with finance, marketing, and commercial teams.

The role requires strong program management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to scale initiatives for speed and impact across the North America market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in program management, business ops, GTM strategy or chief-of-staff roles.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or ecommerce channels and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive North America GTM strategy across channels.
• Oversee day-to-day starlink.com growth and performance tracking.
• Provide strategic insight to minimize cannibalization and balance growth.
• Assist with pricing strategy and promotions with finance, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Operationalize initiatives with program management and pipeline tracking.
• Create data visualizations and present insights to leadership.
• Conduct market research and assess partnerships and channels.
• Report progress to Starlink leadership with risks and recommendations.
