Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager (Starlink Growth) in Redmond, WA to lead GTM strategy across Starlink direct and partner channels. The role focuses on optimizing growth, pricing, and cross-functional execution to scale Starlink in North America.

The ideal candidate combines program management, business operations, and strategic rigor with data fluency, financial modeling, and leadership to drive fast, scalable initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, GTM and ecommerce, consulting, investment banking, or related roles involving complex initiatives.
• 4+ years of experience driving execution of revenue or growth-oriented programs, including tracking, reporting, and operationalizing commercial or direct-to-consumer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive GTM strategy for North America across third-party channels and Starlink.com.
• Own day-to-day channel growth for starlink.com in North America, including performance tracking and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide strategic insight to minimize cannibalization and maximize balanced growth.
• Assist with pricing strategy and promotions development for Starlink.com and third-party channels.
• Own operationalization of existing and upcoming BD and GTM initiatives with program management and reporting.
• Create data visualization and present analysis on leading and lagging indicators for leadership.
