Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a single location, driving daily operations, revenue growth, and staff development.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will oversee hiring, scheduling, payroll, safety, and customer experience while collaborating with the Area Director. Base salary is $50,000–$55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment; retail/hospitality preferred.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while upholding safety and service standards.
• Foster a positive team culture and develop staff through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee payroll, hiring, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize KPI tools and BI insights to manage costs and increase membership revenue and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols across operations.
