Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Texas is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive performance at a busy location. You will lead a team, manage revenue, ensure safety and standards, and develop staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role reports to the Area Director and offers a base salary of 50k–55k with bonus potential up to 17.5k. The position requires 45–50 hours per week and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth at the location.
• Uphold safety and service standards and manage staff development.
• Create schedules and ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Improve membership revenue and retention through KPI-driven strategies.
• Perform payroll tasks and administer hiring, training and performance management.
