Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee the performance and operations of a location, drive revenue growth, and uphold safety and service standards.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and report to the Area Director, with base salary $50,000–$55,000 plus bonus potential up to $17,500. This role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to coach a team of 8–12.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination with experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to drive revenue and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Manage payroll tasks and scheduling.
• Coach and develop staff to improve guest experience.
