Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and cultivate a high-performance team at a Michigan location. You will lead staff development, ensure safety and service standards, and manage financial results while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

The role reports to the Area Director with a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus bonus potential up to $17,500. Flexibility to work 45–50 hours weekly is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive team culture and coach staff for performance.
• Ensure safety, service standards, and store cleanliness compliance.
• Use KPI tools and dashboards to increase membership revenue and retention.
• Handle payroll tasks and oversee hiring, training and performance management.
