Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a location’s performance, from daily operations to revenue growth and team culture. The GM will lead staff development, uphold safety and service standards, and report to the Area Director.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A base salary is provided with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Create schedules, ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Drive revenue growth through team development and customer interactions.
• Manage controllable costs with oversight from Area Director and BI dashboards.
• Oversee payroll steps, hiring, training, and performance management.
