Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking anIndustrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utility clients across the US. You will lead growth in the utility sector by identifying opportunities, winning projects, and growing key client accounts.

This role requires experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects to utilities, plus travel and leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver high quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Travel up to 20%–40% may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with utility clients
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects
• Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to stay at the foreground of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith
