Think Power Solutions is seeking a skilled Client Manager to lead a field team and manage client relationships on utility construction projects. This hybrid role reports to the CEO and focuses on safety, quality, and on-time delivery in coordination with the client (AEP West Region: TX, AR, LA, OK).

The ideal candidate brings construction management or utilities experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10–15 years of related field experience preferred.
• Experience in electric utility construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20-30 field technicians for project execution, safety and quality.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions for satisfaction.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure safety, quality, and schedules.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and progress with clients.
