Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Digital Consulting Client Engagement Manager to partner with electric utility clients, understand business challenges, and implement technology-focused solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will lead strategic sales, client relationships, and delivery across complex technology implementations. You will work with internal teams and customers to drive win strategies, position offerings, and guide projects from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a computing/IT-related field; applicable experience may substitute.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience engaging with external customers in a consulting capacity.
Proven ability to manage technology implementation projects in OT/IT spaces.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage client relationships, understand needs, and drive sales opportunities.
Lead client-focused strategies and action plans for consulting services and solutions.
Collaborate with partners to execute strategic sales plans and grow accounts.
Position service offerings and respond to RFIs/RFPs with data-driven insights.
Mentor staff, ensure QA/QC, and drive continuous improvement in engagements.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver projects.
