Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or 10–15 years of related field experience.
• Previous proven experience in electric utility construction or related industries.
• Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field service employees responsible for project execution, quality, and safety.
• Proactively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Provide hands-on oversight during construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, quality workmanship, and adherence to project schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Think Power Solutions and utility company clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
