Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field service employees responsible for project execution, quality, and safety.
• Proactively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.
• Provide hands-on oversight during construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Think Power Solutions and utility clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and progress updates with clients.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous improvement and growth.
